We are seeking a self-motivated and outgoing individual whose primary role is to assist with customer general enquiries.

The role will be office based and will involve general office duties as well as ensuring customer enquiries are dealt with effectively and efficiently. Ideally, the suitable candidate will already be in a position of Customer Services or similar in the window & door industry.

The below will assist with your application :
– PVCu Window and Door Industry Experience preferred but not essential.
– Excellent telephone, communication, and organisation skills.
– Customer Services Experience is a benefit
– IT literacy, ability to use MS Office programmes.
– Ability to learn new software programmes
