Currently, we are looking to hire an external customer services account manager, whose role would be to visit our customers and update them with our new products, software, and marketing tools. The ideal candidate would have experience in a customer service position or similar role, with prior knowledge of the window and door industry being preferred.

Additionally, we’re also hiring for an internal customer services advisor. This role would be office based and involves a series of typical office duties and the responsibility of effectively dealing with customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Previous office experience in customer services and knowledge of the home improvement industry or windows and doors is also preferred.
